Founding Player Beta

A race-day cockpit for trust, splits, outside signals, and pass decisions.

Signal Stack is not a tout sheet. It is the workflow I use every day to bet, build contest entries, protect opinions, and avoid forcing chaos races.

Built by a 3-time NHC qualifier 4th in the Flo-Cal tournament for $18,000 Used every race day for betting and contest preparation

Why It Exists

I got humbled at the NHC and stopped trying to play someone else's game.

In my first NHC appearance, I played poorly. I left the first two days feeling like I did not belong. The players around me were using horses I never would have landed on through my own handicapping, and I started chasing a style that was not mine.

By Saturday night, I was so discouraged I seriously thought about flying home. The next day, I played the Silver Sunday tournament differently. I went back to my own picks, my own process, and the kind of horses I was actually comfortable using.

I finished 23rd out of roughly 800 players and won $700. That result changed everything. It showed me that my style could compete if I had a better way to organize evidence, protect opinions, and know when to split, lean, or pass.

I have worked on Signal Stack every day since.

The Workflow

Signal Stack shows the posture, not just the horse.

Trust Primary

The main opinion is clean enough to avoid over-spreading.

Split

Protect the opinion with a second horse when the evidence calls for coverage.

Lean Outside

Move one entry toward a confirmed outside signal while keeping protection.

ML Suppressed

Do not let a model score override weak track or race-type evidence.

Pass / Chaos

Recognize races where the best edge is not forcing a bet.

Limited Founding Pricing

Start cheap while the beta is still close to the build.

The first paid beta is intentionally simple: $10 per month, a small group, manual delivery, and direct feedback before standard pricing or self-serve signup. This founding price is temporary while the site, delivery flow, and beta experience are being ironed out.

Free Daily Sample

One public race, updated each race day.

One public race from one rotating track gives curious players a real feel for the cockpit: primary, backup, outside signal, ML advisory, posture, short reason, and pass warning. Paid beta members get every race at the covered tracks; the public gets one sample.

How to read this sample

Use the primary as the main opinion, the backup as protection, and the warning as the race posture. Paid beta cards show this same style for every race at covered tracks.

Public sample only. No guarantees. Full beta access includes the covered-track card, not private formulas or raw exports.

Protected By Design

The product shows the decision card, not the machinery.

Server-side engine

The formulas, model features, raw race data, and full evidence tables stay outside the public experience.

Limited outputs

Users see posture, selections, warnings, and short reasons. They do not receive downloadable databases or model artifacts.

Controlled sharing

Paid beta access can be account-based, watermarked, rate-limited, and revoked if content is scraped or redistributed.

Private Beta

Founding access is intentionally limited.

The first beta is $10/month and intentionally small: daily cockpit link, morning read, and postmortem. The goal is to prove whether the workflow helps real players before building logins and full subscription plumbing.

The $10 founding rate is an early beta price while Signal Stack works through site, delivery, and access issues. After the beta stabilizes, pricing will move to a tiered structure. Beta members will be told before any pricing or access changes.

  • Best fit: horseplayers who already make their own decisions.
  • Focus: daily cards, contest structure, pass warnings, and split guidance.
  • Not fit: anyone looking for guaranteed winners or blind auto-bets.
